Welcome to Mercy High School's Schoolmaster Web Server. This unofficial
information is provided as an aid to student, parent, and teacher dialog. Please realize that due to the very nature of the internet and the sheer number of teachers and administrators submitting data to this site that it is impossible to double check all data. The official records are held by the teachers and administration of Mercy High School separate from this web posting. This information is updated each Friday afternoon with the most up to date information available. If you see any mistakes please politely inform the individual teacher or administrator.

To access student records, please click in the “ID” box and input your student's ID. Then click in the “Pin” box and input your pin number. Then select the desired data. If you select something that is not currently available, select the back button and you may need to re-enter the pin number before selecting other items to view. Pin numbers will be distributed during report card night (November 1, 2000) if you have filled out and returned the permission slips. If you would like access after this date please see Mrs. Ramirez in the counseling office for a permission form.

Clicking on the button for Schedule/Progress will show you a class schedule with a selectable “Progress” button that will show you each teacher’s grade book, which is updated each Friday afternoon.

Clicking on “Current Marks” shows the current grades for all classes, this should be identical to the “progress” grade within each teacher’s grade book at the time the report was generated.

Clicking on Attendance will show the absent or tardy record. The attendance periods show periods 1 through 6 which are the times not the actual class periods. You must consider the day of the week when reading the absence/tardy record.

These classes DO NOT meet on the following days:

Monday: Period 2, Tuesday: Period 3, Wednesday: Period 4,

Thursday: Period 5, Friday: Periods 1, 6, & 7.

Example 1: If the Schoolmaster's report shows absent period 1 through 6 on

Monday the absences are for class periods 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7.

Example 2: If the Schoolmaster's report shows a Period three absence on Monday it is for
the period four class, as period two’s class does not meet on Monday.

The attendance codes are shown below the attendance report.

If you notice any absences for which you were previously unaware, please discuss them with your son or daughter. If you notice any unexcused absences, which should have been excused, please contact the attendance office or send a note to school as soon as possible.
